Edgar Baum, CEO Avasta Incorporated

Edgar Baum is Founder and CEO of Avasta Inc. ("The Profitable Growth Company"), a strategic consulting firm operating at the intersection of market and growth intelligence, strategic valuation, and due diligence. He co-authored ISO Brand Evaluation Standards and the ANSI Intellectual Capital in the Boardroom standard, and teaches the Finance of Brand Management at the University of Toronto. 

His work spans strategic valuation, growth intelligence, M&A advisory, and intellectual property policy across Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on four continents. He hosts the Raise & Exit Podcast and serves on the board of the LES Silicon Valley Chapter.
